Bear and Panda came to a park near me this evening for a short visit — it was wonderful. They have both grown so much, but Bear is now smaller than Panda (although Bear still weighs more than Panda).
Of course I took my camera — and of course the batteries were dead!
We […]
His family says ‘he is a very spoiled puppy’.
Rollie on the beach:
Rollie in the boat:
And after a busy, fun-filled day:
I think he is working very hard for his creature comforts — it can’t be easy to be adorable all the time!
I am sending you some pictures of our growing boys!!! Panda has finally discovered the joys of the paddling pool. Although now Bear seems reluctant to go in!! Maybe he feels it is tainted by his brother. They continue to rough and tumble like little boys, and with the occasional yelp […]
Gena and MM were visiting friends on an acreage while I was doing some work at the Shelter. As Gena shows separation anxiety when I leave, she is tied up until I return, then allowed to run free. As with so many things, this worked in the past!

Well, Panda and Bear (Sable) have been with us for just over a week, and I am not sure if I remember what life was like before these two adorable puppies arrived in our lives.
They have been great, visiting with my parent’s dogs, and going over to our friends to meet their ‘cousins’, Thor and […]
I am so embarrassed — I wrote this post back in July and must not have clicked on the right button to actually put it into the blog. Better late than never for Emmett fans, I hope!
Emmett has been renamed — SIR Emmett. I think it suits him perfectly.
His new family has been […]
Gena has been booked for her spay on August 11. She is a lucky girl in that she will be part of a program to teach local veterinarians a new technique using lasers. Apparently the recovery time is much shorter and the discomfort level for the dog is much less. More information […]
