In-Kind Donations Help Animals in Need
Your donations of supplies make a big difference in the care of animals at the Saskatoon SPCA. Every blanket, can of food, and package of treats helps us provide comfort and care while animals wait for their forever homes.
We rely on the generosity of our community and are so grateful for your support. Please note that space and sanitation limits mean we can only accept certain items. Below you’ll find a current list of what we need most, what we can still accept, and what we are unable to take at this time.
Most Needed Items
Canned Wet Dog and Cat Food
Provides important moisture and nutrition, helping pets stay hydrated and maintain healthy digestion.
Non-stuffed blankets
No duvets, comforters, etc.
Keeps animals warm and cozy without the risks of loose stuffing.
Gift Cards
Especially food stores, large box stores, hardware stores, dollar stores, and pet stores.
Helps us quickly purchase the items we need when certain items run low.
Dry Dog and Cat Food
Especially grain-free or single protein. Offers balanced daily meals and helps support pets with allergies or sensitive stomachs.
Small Cat Beds and Crate Pads
Especially cave beds.
Gives cats a safe, soft spot to curl up and feel secure.
Office Supplies
Especially stamps, sticky notes, permanent markers, and dry erase markers
Dentastix, Bully Sticks, and Collagen Chews
No rawhides please
Keeps dogs enriched and entertained while also supporting good mental health.
Dish Detergent
Keeps food and water dishes for our animals clean and safe for every animal in our care.

You can select and purchase items directly from the list, and they will be shipped directly to our shelter.

We are proud to partner with Early’s Farm and Garden Centre to offer a local shopping opportunity for our supporters! Order online or in store at Early’s and products will be delivered to us at no extra cost!

Where to Drop Off Donations
Donations can be dropped off at the Saskatoon SPCA, 2250 Hanselman Avenue, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.
