Ginger Appel
Growing up on a farm in rural Saskatchewan, our house included many animals. I was taught that they were a part of our family, to be cared for and treasured for their lifetime. My family now includes dogs, cats and horses, most of them rescues, spoiled by the whole household. As Chief Operations and Finance Officer of the WCVM, I hope to bring opportunities to collaborate with our staff and students and promote the SPCA's mission of fostering and adopting.
